Championship

Open to all cars and Bikes, all you need to compete is a roadworthy vehicle, a helmet and you’re driving license. Then for as little as £35 you will be entered into the championship and can line up in the staging lanes to make as many runs up the 1/4mile as you want. If by the end of the event your one of the top 2 in your class you are in the final, where the first to reach the end of the 1/4mile without breaking out takes the glory. Note Top Bike & Pro Comp Car are unlimited i.e. go as quick as you can.

There are 5 classes for cars and 5 for bikes. Your time over the 1/4mile donates which class you will slot into. First time racers will be allowed qualifying runs to find their best class to race in.

The top 10 drivers in each class will be awarded points towards the Championship.

1 point for tenth 2 for ninth down to 8 for third, runner up receives 15 points with the winner taking 20.

Class winners at each round are presented with a trophy, with the overall champion having the honour of polishing the MDRA Class Championship trophy for one year.
